There is a 2-year warranty on this product if purchased in Europe, according to the standard warranty terms as prescribed by law.

Should your ZOOMER product show any defects within this two-year warranty period, you can send it directly to a ZOOMER Service Center for replacement or repair. Before returning the product, you require a so-called RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, which can be obtained from the respective ZOOMER Service Center.

After confirming the serial number of your device, you will be assigned an RMA number. As soon as the product reaches the ZOOMER Service Center, ZOOMER decides on one of the following courses of action: 1. Replacement of your product by a new one 2. Repair of your product, in which case the serial number will remain the same 3. Replacement of the product by a device in new condition
 The product returned to you has the same warranty as the product you originally purchased. The product received by the ZOOMER Service Center becomes the property of ZOOMER as soon as you are provided with a replacement product.
